FIRST MANAGEMENT

First Management is a consultancy firm specialising in monitoring, evaluation, research and facilitation of development and humanitarian programmes. With over two decades of experience, First Management tailors its services to the client’s needs and the nature of the programme, conducts deep research and analysis, and delivers a full picture of programme successes and challenges, along with actionable recommendations to improve results.

 

First Management specializes in six domains that altogether deal with poverty and vulnerability among communities in Sub-Sahara Africa. These specialty areas include:

Our work, of the past two decades, generated multitudes of evidence and data for programmes and projects commissioned by International Development Agencies, Multi Lateral Funding Agencies, Government Ministries and Agencies, Faith Based Organisations, and Non Governmental Organizations.

First Management delivers its work through teams of highly educated and experienced staff and affiliated consultants. Our staff have a track record for implementing projects- large, small and complex, as part of teams and as individuals, on schedule.
